It was time to get a new car.
But it had been 13 years (yes, you read that right) since I got one and I had no idea where to start. Someone recommended CARFAX so I began my journey there. They helped me out by making the car shopping experience a lot less painful but I noticed their site could benefit from some UX considerations.
